R. G. College of Education, Lalganj, Vaishali is a ANM Educational Institution running with Department of Health (Govt. of Bihar) . Mananged and administered by Social Welfare Foundation Patna a body duly registered by the Govt. of Bihar Charitable Trust Act. The college is recognised by Bihar Nursing Registration Council, Patna. Social Welfare Foundation since its inception has been taking interest in the field of education. As regards the training college its serious concern and efforts is to help the development of the whole persons as to be fully development human, Indian and completely modern. Right education leads to liberation and real learning to excellence of wealth to preserve piece and maintain the progress in every sphere of life. Education play a very vital role and places where it is imported are the right seedbeds for culture & character along with the fate of the nation, because from there come out the statesmen, schools, patriots, scientists, philosopher and so on and determines the progress of the nation. It was long cherissed deman of the local people to established a Nursing college in the region the create and linguistic heritage of the community by the proper use of hands, head and heart.

AIMS & OBJECTIVE

The college aims at an integral and personlized training of young men & women through Integral Padagoya-Context, Experience, Reflection, Action and Evaluation — to be well motivated teachers who will be intellectually competent, morally upright, socially committed and spiritually inspired. The college therefore, offers on all round training, one that is at once intellectual, cultural, social, emotional, physical, aesthetic, moral and spiritual.

The college further aims at promoting value such as respect for Indian common cultural heritage egalitarianism, democracy, secularism, equality of sexes, protection of environment, removal of social barriers, responsible use of cybernotics and mass media, transparency and probity in private and public life, observance of small family norms, national unity and respect for religious and moral values.
